Can I apply with no childcare experience?
Yes! Our traineeship is for those starting their career. We provide on-the-job learning, mentorship, and enrolment support.
Will I get paid while I study?
Yes! Trainees are employed and earn while they complete their Certificate III.
What tasks will I be responsible for?
You’ll assist in daily routines, interact with children, observe experienced Educators, and learn how to contribute to programming.
Is there support for my training?
Absolutely! You’ll get paid study time, one-on-one mentoring, and a team that wants to see you grow.
What happens after I finish my Cert III?
You can move into a permanent Educator role and, if you choose, continue your Diploma with our support.
