Your Guide to a Smooth Start to Childcare at Eden Academy

Here, you’ll find all you need to make your child’s experience safe, enriching, and inspiring. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Daily Updates, Videos & More

Our centres use KindyHub and OWNA to keep you informed about your child’s day. Updates include daily stories, meal and sleep summaries, nappy changes with time stamps, and details on when sunscreen and insect repellent were applied.

We use the Childcare Now app to make it easy to notify us if your child will be absent due to illness or holidays. For families attending a full occupancy centre, if you mark your child absent in advance and another child fills their usual spot in the same room, your daily fee will be reimbursed.

& Sign-Out

The safety and security of every child in our care is our highest priority, that’s why we have a secure sign-in system for each centre. Each family is assigned a unique door code by our Centre Manager, ensuring controlled access to our facility. Parents are required to sign their child in and out during both drop-off and pick-up times.

This system not only helps maintain a secure environment but also ensures that only authorised individuals can enter the building. Your child’s safety is our top priority, and we remain dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment at all times.
