Our seasonal menus are thoughtfully planned using a wholefoods approach and are designed to provide children with the nutrients they need to learn, play and thrive. Through our partnership with Bable, our chefs receive specialised children’s nutrition training, giving families confidence that every meal is created with growing bodies and minds in mind.

Meet Hayley

With over 26 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, I bring a deep passion and commitment to fostering high-quality learning environments as I step into my role as Centre Manager with Eden Academy Mambourin. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong focus on supporting and mentoring educators in their daily practices, ensuring they are thoughtfully aligned with children’s developmental needs and individual learning journeys.
I believe in empowering educators through guidance, collaboration, and reflective practice, helping them build confidence and capability in delivering meaningful, engaging experiences for children. My approach is grounded in creating a culture of continuous improvement, where educators feel supported to grow professionally while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes for children.
Central to my philosophy is the importance of creating an environment that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for all children, families, and staff. I am dedicated to promoting respect, diversity, and a sense of belonging, ensuring every child feels valued and supported to thrive. Through strong leadership and a commitment to best practice, I strive to build a positive, nurturing centre community where both children and educators can flourish.
