What qualifications do I need to apply?
You’ll need a Certificate III (or working towards) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards) and current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
What will my role involve day to day?
You’ll guide routines, set up engaging environments, contribute to learning programs, and build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
Will I have programming responsibilities?
Yes! Especially if you’re a Diploma-qualified Educator. You’ll work closely with the Lead Educator and Educational Leader.
What support do Educators receive?
We offer financial PD support, high-quality resources, team bonding budgets, and real input into your room and centre practices.
Is there room for career growth?
Definitely! Many of our Educators progress into Lead roles, Educational Leadership or even Management – with mentorship and study support all the way.
