Meet Sharon
I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for the past 20 years. I started as a Cert 3 in a baby’s room and through the years I worked with every age group, working with the toddlers then moving on to teach Kinder and found I really enjoyed working in the kinder room. I went on to study for my Diploma then a Bachelor of Early Education and went on to teach Kinder for the past 15 years and I have now moved into the role of Centre Manager.
I enjoy being part of a large team where we all have a common focus, providing children with a creative learning environment where they can be challenged through their learning, and create partnerships with their families in a warm & welcoming environment.

What are your opening and closing hours?
Maddingley is open Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm. We are closed on public holidays. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.
What are the fees at Eden Academy Maddingley?
Most families are entitled to the Child Care Subsidy, which makes early learning significantly more affordable. Are meals included and who prepares the food?
Yes, all meals are included in your fees. Our centre Cook prepares fresh, nutritious meals on-site each day, following a rotating menu designed to meet the dietary needs of young children. We cater for common allergies and dietary requirements, and you’re always welcome to view the weekly menu. All team members involved in food handling complete Food Safety Training.
How will I stay updated on my child's day?
We use OWNA and KindyHub to share daily updates, observations, and photos directly with families. You’ll be able to see what your child has been learning, eating, and exploring, and message the team if you have any questions throughout the day.
