Meet Nicole
I have worked in the Early Childhood Education sector since graduating from high school in 2007 and remain passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. I believe every child is a unique and capable learner and am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and empowered to thrive. As Centre Manager, I am excited to support the diverse needs of our children, families, and educators while building strong, positive relationships across our learning community.
One of my greatest passions is mentoring, and I am dedicated to fostering a positive professional learning environment where both children and educators feel respected, supported, and valued. Child safety is at the heart of everything I do, and I am committed to ensuring inclusive practices are embedded throughout our centre. Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three children, a 17-year-old son, a 14-year-old daughter, and a busy toddler who certainly keeps me on my toes!

What are your opening and closing hours?
Holland Park is open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:30pm. We are closed on public holidays. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.
What are the fees at Eden Academy Holland Park?
Most families are entitled to the Child Care Subsidy, which makes early learning significantly more affordable. Are meals included and who prepares the food?
Yes, all meals are included in your fees. Our centre Cook prepares fresh, nutritious meals on-site each day, following a rotating menu designed to meet the dietary needs of young children. We cater for common allergies and dietary requirements, and you’re always welcome to view the weekly menu. All team members involved in food handling complete Food Safety Training.
How will I stay updated on my child's day?
We use OWNA and KindyHub to share daily updates, observations, and photos directly with families. You’ll be able to see what your child has been learning, eating, and exploring, and message the team if you have any questions throughout the day.
