Meet Bec
I’m Bec, the Centre Manager at Eden Academy Junction Village. I joined in August 2024 as part of the startup team, helping set up our rooms and welcome new families to the service. I’ve worked in early childhood education since 2004, holding a Certificate III, Diploma and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
I aim to provide a warm, supportive environment where children are empowered to express themselves and take part in a rich variety of experiences. I believe every child is competent, knowledgeable and unique, with a voice that should be heard and valued.
As a leader, I want to create a culture where my team feels safe, valued and confident to contribute, celebrating each person’s individual strengths. Through open communication, mutual respect and teamwork, we can support and empower one another, growing and learning together to create the very best environment for our children, families and educators.

What are your opening and closing hours?
Junction Village is open Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm. We are closed on public holidays. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.
What are the fees at Eden Academy Junction Village?
Most families are entitled to the Child Care Subsidy, which makes early learning significantly more affordable. Are meals included and who prepares the food?
Yes, all meals are included in your fees. Our centre Cook prepares fresh, nutritious meals on-site each day, following a rotating menu designed to meet the dietary needs of young children. We cater for common allergies and dietary requirements, and you’re always welcome to view the weekly menu. All team members involved in food handling complete Food Safety Training.
How will I stay updated on my child's day?
We use OWNA and KindyHub to share daily updates, observations, and photos directly with families. You’ll be able to see what your child has been learning, eating, and exploring, and message the team if you have any questions throughout the day.
